This is how Mission Service Companies(“Mission,” “we,” “us”) handles the information you share with us on missionservice.co. Plain English, no fine print. If anything here is unclear, email us at [email protected].

What we collect

What you give us. When you request an estimate, contact us, or apply for a job, we collect what you type: your name, email, phone number, the services you are interested in, your message, and for job applications your position of interest, experience, and résumé.
What your browser sends. Like most websites, our analytics and advertising tools collect your IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, and how you got here. This is done with cookies and similar technology (see below).
Texts and calls. If you call or text us, we keep the number and the conversation so we can follow up on your project.

How we use it

To answer you, schedule an estimate, and do the work you asked about.
To consider your job application.
To understand how the site is used and make it better.
To measure whether our advertising works, and to avoid showing ads to people who are already customers.
To text you about your project or appointment. We do not send marketing texts without your consent. Reply STOP to any text to opt out.

We do not sell your information. Ever.

Cookies, analytics, and advertising

We use these third-party tools, each of which may set cookies or collect the browser information described above:

Google Analytics to see how visitors use the site. How Google uses data from sites that use its services.
Google Ads conversion tracking, so we know when an ad led to a request.
Meta (Facebook and Instagram) Pixel and Conversions API, for the same purpose. When we send Meta a lead event, contact details are hashed before they leave our systems.

You can block cookies in your browser settings, opt out of Google Analytics with Google’s browser add-on, and manage ad preferences at Google Ads Settings and Meta Ad Preferences. The site works fine without cookies.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers that run the site for us, and only for that purpose:

Google (Firebase hosting and storage, Analytics, Ads, sign-in for our team pages)
Meta (advertising measurement, as above)
Web3Forms (delivers contact and application forms to our inbox)
Resend (sends the confirmation email after you submit a form)
Cloudflare (security and performance in front of the site)

We may also share information if the law requires it, or to protect our people, customers, or property. If you apply for financing through our pool financing page, you deal directly with Lyon Financial under their own privacy policy.

How we protect it and how long we keep it

Form submissions go to our office email. Résumés are stored in a private cloud storage bucket that is not publicly accessible. Our team pages sit behind Google sign-in restricted to Mission staff. We keep your information as long as we need it for the purpose you gave it to us, and for the records the law requires us to keep. Job applications are kept so we can consider you for future openings unless you ask us to delete them.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email [email protected] or call (806) 632-2468. We will answer within 30 days.

Children

Our services and this site are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you think a child has sent us information, email us and we will delete it.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Material changes get a note on this page.
