These are the terms for using missionservice.co, run by Mission Service Companies(“Mission,” “we,” “us”). By using the site you agree to them. They cover the website only; the work we do for you is covered by the written agreement you sign with us.
Estimates and pricing
Prices on this site are starting points, shown so you know what to expect. Every property is different. Nothing on the site is a quote or an offer; a price is only final when it is in a written agreement signed by you and Mission. Free estimates apply where the site says so; pool and irrigation repair diagnostics carry the fees shown on those pages.
Using the site
Use it to learn about our services, request an estimate, apply for a job, and read what we publish. Do not scrape it, overload it, try to get into the parts that are behind sign-in, or use our forms to send anything unlawful or abusive.
Our content
The photos, text, logos, and design on this site belong to Mission or are used with permission. You are welcome to share links to our pages. Please ask before reusing our photos or copy anywhere else.
Information we publish
We work to keep the site accurate, and we correct it when we learn something is off. Even so, planting guides, cost ranges, data pages, and blog posts are general information for the Lubbock area, not advice for your specific property. Talk to us before acting on any of it.
Other companies’ sites
Some links go to sites we do not run, such as Google reviews or our pool financing partner, Lyon Financial. Their terms and privacy policies apply there, not ours.
No warranty on the website
The site is provided as-is. We do not promise it will always be available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, Mission is not liable for losses that come from using the site or relying on its content. This does not limit any warranty in a signed service agreement, and it does not limit rights the law gives you that cannot be waived.
Texas law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute about the website is handled in the courts of Lubbock County, Texas.

If these terms change, the date at the top changes with it.
