Paper, mulch, seed, and fertilizer — sprayed to grow grass fast over big areas. For a homeowner with a large lot it runs about a fourth the cost of sod. On a construction site it is how you hold the dirt down and satisfy a stormwater permit. 5,000 square foot minimum.

Our Process
Prepped soil is non-negotiable — that’s where it starts. From there we spray a custom mix of paper, mulch, seed, fertilizer, and tackifier. With regular watering, six to twelve weeks from spray to full yard.
Construction Sites & Stormwater Compliance
Disturbed ground on a construction site has to be stabilized — that is not a preference, it is a condition of the stormwater permit. Hydroseeding and hydromulching are how you get cover established fast enough to satisfy it and keep the dirt where it belongs.
We work large sites: data centers, industrial builds, subdivisions, solar and energy facilities, and commercial developments — and we travel for them. Crews are TDA-licensed, prequalified in ISNetworld, and used to working alongside general contractors on an active site.
