Applications timed for West Texas — fertilizer, pre-emergents, post-emergents — built for bermuda and fescue, not a metro calendar. We treat when your lawn can actually use the nutrients, not on a generic schedule.
Beyond the spray: aeration, sanding, leveling, over-seeding, and pest control — all common out here. Plus the dreaded mosquitoes. Nobody likes them. Everybody’s got them.

Aeration, Mosquitoes & Fleas
Core aeration is the most under-used thing you can do for a West Texas lawn. Our ground is tight and the wind takes what it wants — pulling plugs lets water, air, and fertilizer actually reach the root instead of running off the top. Paired with over-seeding it is the difference between grass that survives August and grass that looks good in it.
Mosquitoes and fleas are the other half of a usable yard. Treatments knock the population down where they breed instead of where you notice them, and every treatment is safe for children and pets once it has completely dried — we will tell you how long that takes on the day.
We treat yard pests out in the grass. We are not a household exterminator — if it is inside your walls, that is a different call.

Turf plans start at $37 a month. Final pricing depends on lot size, how many treatments your grass actually needs, and whether you add aeration or pest treatment to the program. Estimates are free, and you will have an exact number before anything gets sprayed.
