What the price covers
- **Design.** We visit, measure your roofline, and lay out a plan that fits the house. - **Commercial-grade LED lights,** custom cut to your roofline. - **Install** with professional clips. No staples, no damage. - **Upkeep through the season.** If a section goes out, call or text and we come fix it. - **January takedown,** and we store everything for next year.
What moves the price
Roofline length is the big one: 150 feet starts at $944, and a typical 550-foot home is about $2,915. Wreaths, ground lights, wrapped trees, and porches are added once the roofline is set.
Businesses, churches, HOAs, and light shows are a different conversation. Commercial displays take the longest to design, so they get booked first.
When to book
Booking runs September through December, and the calendar fills fast. The earlier you reserve, the more install dates you have to pick from.
Doing it yourself
Your own lights cost less up front. You also get the ladder, the cold, the strand that goes dark on Christmas Eve, and the boxes in the attic. If that trade is worth it to you, the price above is what it costs to skip it.
